A2 Air Pressure Switch
Like the most popular air pressure switches in Europe, the A2 Series Air Pressure Switch adopts a reliable and precision integrated elastic diaphragm as its instantaneous switching element, replacing traditional micro switches.
It abandons the traditional method of using an adjustment spring and instead changes the pressure set point by adjusting the angle of the elastic diaphragm, thus fundamentally eliminating the influence of temperature on the pressure set point.
Specially designed for water heaters, the A2 Air Pressure Switch is compact and slim, making it suitable for today’s popular ultra-thin models.Standard Features
- Produced with fully automated mass production, standard pressure points: 39/60 Pa. Customized production is available for other parameters.
- Anti-temperature drift structure design ensures extremely small drift of the pressure set point within the temperature range from -40℃ to +110℃.
- Unique anti-sticking structure design, different from traditional air pressure switches, enables reliable air pressure sensing even in extremely humid or extremely cold weather, providing reliable protection for your water heater.
- The housing is made of high-performance engineering plastic, with the upper and lower casings having identical thermal expansion coefficients, ensuring no stress deformation even in cold or hot environments.
- The integrated pressure port is suitable for hoses with an inner diameter of 3/16" (5 mm), and only negative pressure ports are provided.Specification
